well heres the story. I talked to a few dealerships about the new WRX.

According to each dealer. If they were to go any lower than $26k. They would be basically giving me money.

Sure you can get the RT whatever for $25k but the WRX sedan with the CD and seats wont be able to go higher than 26k. The other dealerships say if Irvine subaru cant go lower than what they offered me than so cant the other dealers because of Irvines massive amounts of stock an dthey know they're stuff.

Thats coming out of the mouth of other dealership salesman. Sooo...Its either get an RT for cheaper. Or go with the WRX sedan for $26 and only get seats and CD changer option on it. Thats the only difference. I could just get bucket seats for the money I saved. And I plan on putting $2k+ in the sound system for that car anyways so I dont really care about the audio right now.

What do you guys think? Like I said. Only diffference between the 06 RT and the step up Sedan is the Subaru bucket seats (not really buckets) and a 6-disc changer I think it was.

Adam

Not to mention that the Sedans are only being shipped out 2 at a time per dealership. So they will be harder to come by.

I think you mean the TR version.

Thank you very much. I'm going to post that " T R " section on my email back to renick and see what he can do. Possible $23,500 OTD for that TR.

I'll keep you updated. Thanks for the info.

i just got my 06 wrx for 25,500 otd with spoiler, short throw shifter and fog lights. i think they can go lower man. your best bet, wait till the end of the month, when they have to meet their quota, and they will be more than happy to lose money on a sale, you know why? because they get a huge bonus if they meet their quota. i got mine from thousand oaks subaru, and dealt with fransisco, and john and david the fleet manager guys. everyone was very nice, and treated my parents and i very well. its prolly a litle far for you from orange, but hey give it a shot and see what they quote you for. if you get a better price there, tell irvine about it see what they do. good luck man.
