You need to modify your diesel car and also have a bio diesel processing lab in order to make bio diesel.
it's not as simple as everyone think. You can't just put use vegetable oil in the car and run.
It has to be chemically treated into Bio diesel.
I saw it on dirty jobs on discovery channel.

if you want to process it yourself then yeah you need to set up the lab and then goto your local mexican restaurant for their used cooking oil
now you can buy it there are pumps in the LA area
