Valero is on the stock exchange. Interesting company, they now own almost all the refining capability in the US (by recent aquisition). They have the only refineries that can handle low grade crude too which is what we pump out here in the west. A very good energy stock. They have moved into retail sales too. Lots on Google.

hahahahahahaha do i wish. our state tax is 54.4 cents a gal. and the cap is at 2.56 cents and the 14-20 cent mark up. and thats for the junk stuff. the gas cap will be at like 2.80 cents on monday and the u add all the rest in to fing our price.

i know its a cap but for some reason it seams like they forgot to put the cap on.

hahah I was just reading this thread its funny... remember the days?.. 2.79 for gas...lol... i just paid 3.49 in torrance....I say by summer we will be paying over 4 bucks a gal.....its time to take my skateboard out and start skating everywere.. maybe take the metro to work`.. .lol...just sharing my thoughts`

By the way... anyone know where to get pump 93 in torrance?

Just got gas this morning
3.29/gal
and i work in la habra.. already the cheapest place for gas.. in the area.
cost me $44 to fillup the tank this morning

i dont think CA offers 93 anywhere
i remember seeing 92 at a few places but that was years ago

If $2.79 is time for a revolt, $3.50 is time for a revolution.


Most Allaince have Trick 101. Use your math skills and find out how much of each grade you need to get to 93. I'll get you started with the formula...
x91 + y101 = z93

Haha, j/k. But that is a way to do it. 101 is about $5.50 a gallon BTW.

ok I c... I remeber seeing pump 92 from some arcos and 93 from some 76 stations... of course this was long b4 I have a suby or even thought about buy premuim grade.. lol..well, thanks for the info...
