From reading the reviews, I wouldn't get it. Menus are bad. Besides, it's not satellite radio ready.

Ive never seen this unit or read anything about it . The reviews on amazon look mixed though. Most car mp3 devices are pretty bad. Whether it is mp3 cd player or cheezy alpine - ipod integration. Usually hardware/spec wise most are ok but what really kills them is the user interface. The best mp3 car or device around 5 years later is still the empeg http://www.empeg.com .

If you only want to listen to digital music mp3 players can be enough. I dont ever listen to radio in my car, but then again I hate music stations, and never listen to news or sports on the radio.

I'd go with the factory radio.

Im not sure yet if im going to the meet tonight, I havent been out there in a few weeks? has the life plaza parking lot calmed down?

If you are just a casual music person a regular mp3 portable device ( ie Ipod, creative stuff) with either an fm - modulator or a tape adatper will work for you . Also you can listen to the thing at work.
