I found a nice, secure garage in Venice Beach. It's big, enough for 2 cars plus parts/clips. Your share would be $175/month. The owner is a gearhead so he's cool with people making noise, doing swaps, etc. He has a compressor in the garage and he's going to sell me an engine crane for $150, so we could potentially split the cost of that. There's electrical, light and a large workbench and it's in a residential neighborhood off the street and secured with a lock and barbed wire fence.
