Did you read Ish's reply? - I think that means we are NOT getting one...

We can still hope though. I truly do think that it would be a benefit to I-club, not a detraction!

The official reply on why there won't be the creation of a wagon-only forum on i-Club has already been stated. If however, a vendor steps forward and is willing to pay sponsorship money for a new wagon-only forum, Alex will then consider such a proposition.

Note: the forum sponsorship fee is in addition to the regular vendor fee. There are currently the Tire Rack-sponsored Wheels and Tires forum (they choose to pay the sponsorship even though the forum already existed), and the vendor forums SubyDude.com, MPJ Performance & GB Motorsports, Gruppe-S, Subaru Specialists, and VISHNU Performance.

The vendor who wishes to sponsor a wagon-only forum can PM me directly for details. I won't disclose vendor fees publicly as it is an agreement between i-Club and our vendors.

I think the only think left to ask then ......

Is it possible to put a "Wagon Specific" Sticky in each thread? (Specifically Interior/Exterior and Suspension)

That way we can add to it each time a new Wagon specific item comes up within that topic?

There has to be some way to address the need and desire for centralized "Wagon" issues. I think the Sticky would be an easy way to remedy the request.

RedStage, I'm not willing to devote the time it takes to do that. As with other topics (like 'What's the best BOV?' or 'What exhaust should I get?' or 'Best place to get an AWD alignment?'), there are many posted questions/threads in several different i-Club forums that are redundant because the member didn't do a search for the information, or was unable to narrow the search enough to suit his/her specific needs.

Sorry, I know this isn't the answer you were hoping for.

How long could it possibly take to sticky one post in two forums?
I'm not asking that all previous posts be gathered and merged under one thread, but that we start a new thread that can be added to as wagon topics pop up.

I've moderated on a few boards myself and don't see how hard this is.

Sure, I'll sticky one thread in each of those two forums. You can write the initial post for each one and I'll sticky them. Just let me know that you've done so by posting in this thread, thanks.

Wingless Wonder, again we appreciate this concession in allowing the creation of the stickied threads. Will make it much easier for those of us who are not in the know on the issues and differences.

Here's the thread locations.

Sir,

It's not just about the 'differences'. It's about a separate fanaticism.

BTW, how much is a forum sponsorship fee for a non-member?
