why aren't the daily threads ever moved? there's only a few hour time span when its not the same day across the US

Honestly, I never pay attention to what forums threads are in. Motivational posters should have been in OT to begin with. Build projects should be in the projects forum. And so on....

Do people really only browse their preferred forums? I just click "New Posts" and "User CP"

One thing that does bother me is things that definitely aren't region specific being forced to stay region specific. In the Hawaii region there was a thread about a certain suspension on Hawaii's horrible roads that got moved out of Hawaii when it should have stayed there because it pertained to Hawaii's roads specifically. They got mad about that. Then someone asked in HIIC if a certain wheel would clear brembos and put HIIC in the title so it had to stay there. I read the first post and it had nothing to do with Hawaii other than that the poster was in Hawaii. Really? You're afraid to branch out of HIIC into "Tires & Wheels"?

Why does it matter where the motivational posters thread is? Set up your subscriptions so that if there's something new it'll show up there.

If the mods really are going to enforced the rules, there should be quite a few threads getting DELETED given NWS content is not allowed on i-club

I would post my thoughts on the creation of threads in wrong forums and there then moving of said threads, but I'm sure this thread will get merged with the other one on the same topic and moved to SRiC or SCIC

and three minutes later...TADA! I guess we still have to wait for more posts for it to moved to a different forum

the first and third ones i highlighted are our dailey threads.. why would they need to be moved? The second one is a member who lives in the SRiC and his car was vandalized in the SRiC, how does that not fit?

but the day is not SRIC specific, so therefore should be moved, just like the motivational posters was not BAIC specific so it got moved. The ranting abotu thieves in the SRIC can stay in the SRIC, but shouldn't the engine noise questions be moved to the tech section? I'm not really requesting they be moved (the rest of i-club knows what day it is), I'm just pointing out the inconsistencies.

ya i pretty much agree with that except for the daily. i mean other regions have their own too and its nice to get a new one everyday instead on one hug big long "Good morning" type thing.. then that thead would not pertain when it becomes afternoon and evening now im just being dumb

the only other forum that has daily threads is CV and they have it because they really are SRIC but they *****ed and moaned until SRIC let the secede and have their own cute little 10 person forum
