yea i did that and everything works now the high beams are fine and so are the parking lights but when i turn on the hids they flicker (like a strobe light) My dad says he thinks its the ballast because thats where it gets its power from?

you mean from the ballast? The three wires or two wires?
Mine are two wiers= red/black
and
three wires= orange/brown/black
Mine are two wiers= red/black

hey stevied, got the lights friday.. they're beautiful. can't wait to install them.
just a note for anyone planning on grinding down the shadow plate like in the "rhd to lhd conversion" mod its a better idea to go flat across instead of trying to grind out a new lhd pattern.

hey steve, I got it to work i paid a car audio place to install it for $90. It turned out it needed some relays.
