The ballasts that you have are not for those HID's. I sold a set (black internals lights) like you have???(or yours chrome?) and the HID bulb plug was a 4 pin (like the ballasts).
I think they made slightly different ballast connectors on the different model years.
Looks like the seller had a set of HID lights then purchased the ballasts separately... he's probably a reseller. I doubt he ever installed them.
How much did you pay inc shipping from Hong Kong?

Aight steve, I tired to hook up the headlights exactly how you told me:
The three wires from the ballast to the three wires on the headlight. I just spliced them together.
Now the two wires in my our red and black (yours oreange and brown)
I hooked up the red wire to the low beam on the factory harness the yellow wire w/red stripe and the black to ground chassis (I also tried ground to shaed negative)
Now once everything was connected the high beams worked and the low beams (HID) did not even light up. The funny thing is when the high beams were on the low beams blinked like a strobe light if you will.
And yes, I did disconnect the DRL from the glovebox.
Pleae help me with any input, thanks alot again and again and again

Make sure you have the HID power leads hooked up the right way around also:
Brown is power, orange is ground as well.
