1. UNPLUG your DRL before turning on the lights.
2. If your lights flicker then go off chances are you blew the light 15A fuse. Check wiring , replace fuse and retry.

Good luck!

Man, did you read my post?

The side with the three wires connect to the lights. There is a small black wire on the 3 wire side. That is to ground the ballast itself. Hook that black wire to the chassis.

The side with the two wires connect to the low beam power supply (one of the solor coded wires I mentioned earlier) and the ground (which is either the chassis if you want the HID's to remain on when you flash high beams, or the shared negative if you want them to go off when you flash the highs)

Your comments about hooking up the HID portion is correct

Lets start with the headlight the three wires (orange, brrown, black) hook up to the ballast with the same three colors. Now the other two connectors from the ballast the positive connects to the factory wire harness low beam positive and the ground from the ballast needs to be grounded to the chassis!! (if you want the hids on when you flash)

As for the high beams you just take the high beam wire with the shared positve for the drivers side

and the

for the passengers side you take the high beam wire from the factory harness and the shared negative

Is this right? and thanks for your patience
The factory high beams are connected to the shared negatives and the individual positives. I don't think it really matters which way around they go... if you get it wrong you'll blow a fuse at the most.

Where did you buy the HID lights from? Didn't he have them installed?
