Are you a back sleeper, side sleeper or on your stomach? If you are one of the first two putting a pillow underneath your knees or in between your knees will literally change your life.

I do all three... I roll around all night which sucks, but primarily side. I sleep with a pretty thick blanket and usually have some tucked between my knees
