Hypothetically, find out where thier kid goes to school and take a picture of him/her. Then leave them on his door step with a nice note. Hypothetically make sure there is no linking you to the note, because he'll know who he took the 5k from. All Hypothetically speaking. I no engrish azn.

Since it's only $5k I would go small claims...practically free, just have to have the papers served. After you get a judgement you put a lean on his property or business. Judgement is good for 10 years.

Then again I'm sure you already know all this Paul and only started this thread to generate some controversy
