well I am Jon another newbie, well I am moving back to the area, and I thought I would take a chance and see if anyone is looking for a place? I am moving into a duplex 2bd 2bath, with a small 2car garage.
so if I have to have a roommate it may as well be someone that like some of the samethings I do, and if your handy with tools as well then that would be a plus. also I have two cats you must be able to stand them.
oh the place is in North Highlands, so if your intrested let me know.

And yes I am now, I just put the deposit down to hold the place. how bad is the Highlands? from what i have been told watt is crap, but I am aways from there on a nice street. what are some other area's to check out?

well I was looking downtown, but there was nothing in my price range with a garage.. as for intrests?? subarus, BMX, Soccer(if anyone knows of a good soccer club let me know) and checking out jailbait?(is that a hobby? LOL) and work.
if north highlands is not a complete ghetto, then i will be fine, the place I am at right now is, and I check my car atleast 6 times a night.

Well I have just heard back from two girls that may want to share the place with me, and they seem to think it's ok.
but who knows, I may just sign a short lease, and see what happens and get to know the area again..
now for the real question, should I pick the skinny hottie, or the sexy latina with the large rack?

Seriously though. My wife used to work in property management and we're intimately familiar with downtown. There's a lot of great stuff down there. What's yer price range, goals, etc?
Sounds like you want a garage, so you need a house/apt with garage at a minimum. What else?
