by your greeting, i take it v-day treated you well?

 

So this new guy in our office comes to my desk with my boss a few minutes ago. He's looking for a 20' or so cat 5 cable, and my boss figured I'd have one (I have tons of cables and connectors in my desk). I find him a cable, say "here you go, dude" and he goes "oh, man sweet, I have too much clutter on my desk and need this cable to run from my router to a table so I can put my laptop there".

I'm like, wait, no one said you were taking this home. he was going to take it home to keep. He doesn't realize you can get a 20' cable at fry's for like $4.99 or maybe that new wireless technology. I was like " wait, you're keeping this? wtf"

Seriously. I have multiple wireless routers, he doesn't even have one?!?
