The compliance and savings tool, (appname), is a hosted solution that tracks savings and monitors pricing compliance at a line item level. Contracts and supplier monthly usage reports are loaded into the tool which allows the Procurement Department to create reports that they can use to communicate potential pricing compliance issues back to the Supplier. The tool originated from (old app name)as a mechanism to validate savings and compliance and to our knowledge, (appname)is the first of its kind in the strategic sourcing service to track realized savings on every line item.



(name) and I had the opportunity to demo the tool this week to the new (position), (Name), hear at (Company). From the feedback we received, he was very pleased with the tool and wants (appname) to eventually hold most, if not all, (company) commodity contracts and usage reports to monitor compliance and track savings.
