I have not seen the rear O2 deactivation work, I was still using my rear O2 with no problems.

If your EGT did fail and it reads a constant level from a resistor mod, they would be able to see that, but then you have to deal with why you have removed a cat and put in an after market up-pipe

thats more then just a simple reflash, you have modded more then what kenny was asking about

How many hours (typically) is needed on the dyno after a reflash to get your car tuned with only a TBE for a mod? I just want ballpark figures.

i've had my car dyno tuned twice for tuning. the first time took about an hour to tune around the stock dp at what nate felt was the max safe power. the second time was a little less than an hour to tune for my new dp.

Another vote for EcuTek. If you want to stay totally stealth with your mods, get a reflash, catback, black IC hoses, and uppipe. Your Baja will probably put 210-220 to the wheels with those mods, get equal or better fuel milage, and not get you any hassles if you need warranty work done.

Utecs are for tuning experts. If you can't tell me how the advance multiplier works, or how the knock threshold works, or what gamma on time is, you're wasting the extra $350 for the Utec.

Cobb has a great reputation for manufactured parts, but so far their off the shelf AccessPort maps are VERY conservative, even compared to other tuners off the shelf maps. They work, but you won't be as fast and there's currently no provision for further dyno tuning, unless you drive to SLC. Also, there are numerous horror stories that people have had issues with it both when installed properly, and when they were removed.
