A) Can someone ****ing delete pauls pictures, this side scrolling to read **** is annoying...
B) Ya, I know but with HOA's they like to ***** about everything there is to ***** about. My friend has one of the greenest lawns in the area and the HOA left him a letter to go infront of them all and talk about his lawn. He showed them a picture like WTF do you want me to do
C) I'm wondering how hard it is for someone like me to get into a house. I only have 3-4 months at my current employment which I make a pretty decent income. The 2 years of prior employment only had me at 13 bucks an hour
. I think i'll need to stick around at this job for awhile before it will be much easier for me to get into somewhere.
And again, i'm not sure if I want to force myself to live in roseville/work in Sac quite yet. I'll be pissed if something comes up a few months down the road for an amazing experience oppurtunity. However it is looking like i'm about to get signed onto a 2 year contract through CalTrans, in which case I won't be going anywhere and the house option is a very buyable option

one of my friends picked up a very nice house that way for a good price. it needed some serious cleaning, some hardware, and new interior paint, but the price was right.
