Yea they are pushing for more web based usage. You can use an external HD to store stuff tho (or large USB).

My coworker just got a Surface Pro 4 and I have to say I am quite impressed. When the Surface first came out I thought it was gimmicky as ****, but they've grown on me.

If you can afford to wait, wait until the 4 is a year old and buy one on super discount.

Macbook Airs are also in the same ball park and they run Office.

Either way you are looking at something $800+ so you can look for exhausts and create workbooks.
