I'm hoping for 240+whp but we'll see what Nate can get out of the car. It will be nice to have some power back in my car - I've been hating life since I sold my Cobb ECU on Sunday :|
that sounds like a reasonable goal. i was 15whp shy of that with a slushbox and a conservative tune. you're going with very high quality proven parts. have fun when you get it back, it'll be worth every cent.

That's the specific variant.
GT30 is the cartridge family, the -10, -11, -12, -13, and -14 refer to different variations on exhaust and compresser housing size, trim, etc.

A -10 is what's on Scott's quick-spoolin' beast right now.

Doesn't he have a GT30R cartridge?

• Custom Garrett Bolt On Compressor Cover
• 48 trim
• 2.08" inducer
• 3.00" exducer
• 44 lb/min compressor wheel

Exhaust side:
• Custom SBR Bolt On Turbine Housing .58 A/R
• 2.03 exducer
• 2.22 major

Specific enough?

GT30R is the Garrett public name for their default variant, just how we run a GT28RS on our track car; that refers to the specific trim, hot and cold side package on that turbo.

At least that's what I understood.

Don't get me started on "T3/T4 hybrids"

i got the car fixed about an hour ago. it wasnt an exhaust leak. somehow the spark plug adapter for the #1 cylinder cracked a little and came loose. i plugged it back in and now she runs 10x better than a retard on fire while on steroids. i dont blame my installer. he did any awsome job. im pretty sure it was 1/4 off before i gave them the car because sometimes my car felt like there was some hesitation under boost between 3-5k rpm. never got a cel though when the hesitation was happening. so i cleared all the cel's from the PO301 and catless codes and she is running better than ever. you can bet ill be out at the track next wednesday!
