Then you've got to dismount, and then remount the tires, and most of our local hookups on tht are gone as far as I know. So you're close to 500
If you really want to do flat black, either get the Duplicolor wheel paint which has a semi-gloss, or do a high-heat/engine block paint, just don't get the crinkle.
BTW, flat black on wheels is a horrible idea as it greases up super-easy, absorbs brake dust since it's porous, etc. You can do it right, or you can do it cheap. Doing it right isn't usually worth it on inexpensive wheels (the SDR's I got had hashed finishes, but I got them for $50 for the set, so I still came out at aobut 300 for the set powdercoated.
My two cents. Trust the wheel *****. Tape off the tires, rattlecan them semi-gloss black with high-heat, and know that you've killed the resale value of the wheels but at least it didn't cost you anything.

right now all I am doing is drawing on a piece of paper... I sent my boss a letter on friday showing her I was done with all of HER work AND another bosses work that was suppose to take me a month to do. I think it pissed her off that I finished it all so fast, because she thought it was some AWESOME idea, and now she is at a meeting so i can't go ask her for more work, and I have 30 minutes to staul until I gotta go to my daily meeting ...
back to drawing I guess
