Their magazine is usually pretty helpful. The key is to stay focused and follow your routine religiously. But thats my problem, I get bombarded by so many things I get lazy and it shows

hes on creatine and taking a protien supplement (the Canadian special).

It sucks, I was planning on having a good workout and after about a half hour I get a pain in my shoulder and now when I lift my arm a certain direction it gets this sharp pain...

On a positive note, I got my Motorola H700 BT headset in the mail from PP Mobile Mart (got it for $31.99 instead of the outrageous $109.99 that T-Mobile had charged), and not only did I get a good deal, but they also sent a black version which I didn't even know existed cause the pic on their site shows silver.
