Me as well. I think I'm starting to have severe sleep apnea. In the last two weeks or so I've woken up around 3 or 4 am, heart absolutely POUNDING. I wasn't scared or short of breath when I woke up though so I'm not sure. Basically the end result is that I can't get back to sleep, and if I can it's REALLY light sleep and I have these weird dreams that keep waking me up. Really sucks when I have to be up at 5:30 .

I need to:

* stop drinking
* drop some weight

Thankfully, the first will do the second :\

Is Option C the Furley method of relaxation? If so, wouldn't work for me - I'd be at risk of losing my job mainly, also, wouldnt' munchies actually make me fatter?

Apnea is not exclusive to fatties. I know a few people (and even when I was picking up my machine) that were skinny folk that still had it.

No I know. I'm pretty sure mine is most related to the large amount of alcohol I drink . I've been wanting to drop some weight for a while anyway, so hopefully this sleeping problem will be a catalyst for me to stop drinking, which, with my biking and eating right, will hopefully lead to weight loss. That way I can start calling T-will and Phister fat again. Phister will rue the day he made that thread!

Though the dual tone lip kit is kinda cheezy, but you can get the lip kit in matching color too.
