:banana: make that 40 lbs gained so far on my bench in total 3 1/2 weeks down :banana: only 20 more lbs of weight to go(not bench press, but how much i weight)... Only problem is I haven't gained a pound in the last 3 days... This means it's time to up my calorie intake some more
