Does the A/C not work in the STi?

I keep waffling on wanting to take it out. I get the whole parasitic power loss, but I don't intend to have it running while racing, but it could come in useful sitting in the staging line in 100+ degree weather.

Up where the polar bears roam, I guess it's not as necessary. How warm does it get up that way during the summer?

Fun fact: It does.

Just remember to turn it off when you finally get going. I may have done a couple sessions with the AC on.

Side note: How do you determine injector size before ordering a set and finding out that they're too small?

I know I'm just an old man but I need good ac in my cars... I won't even drive the Miata when it's over 95 because the ac struggles to keep up.

In 2008 I drove to Vegas with a busted A/C and black leather interior, the temps reached 113 that weekend, good times.

Impetus 1 of 2 for buying the Outback. Prior, of 3 vehicles owned, only 1 had proper functioning A/C.
