A student, ******** *******, could be coming to our window asking for...[our boss]. Please ask him to wait and contact one of the staff immediately. We will call Police Services since the student has severe mental problems. He was very agitated while talking to...[our boss] on the phone earlier today.

Please do not panic, just calmly come and tell one of the staff. Try to remain pleasant while you get assistance.

If you have any questions, come and talk to one of the staff.

then i learn that another co-worked sort of knows the student in question and suggests that he could possibly have a gun... wow that really makes me want to come in and stay at work.

 

I really hope you are behind a big bullet proof window.

 

bahh.. i wish. when i go into work at 1pm i will be taking in documents from student at the window (1) so if the student in question comes after 1, theres a one in four chance ill "help" him.
