OK, this is strange.
So I picked up another case of Mexi-Coke at Costco on my way home from work. Since I wanted a cold one with the quickness, I threw a bottle in the freezer... and lost track of the time. An hour later I run to the fridge expecting a frozen soda geyser, but am relieved when I find that the cap's still on tight.
However, when I went to pull it out, I realized that it still froze-up.
It started melting as soon as I popped the cap, so now I'm enjoying a homemade Coke Icee.
EDIT: FYI Nick, I checked the label and the one's I bought are still made with sugar.
