So, how many of you spent your night like this:

I ended up not drinking...well, one beer...as I was helping a friend remove water from his engine.
Said friend called me, calm but with a twinge of panic in voice, explaining that he attepted to ford a flooded road, but didn't make it.
Got the car towed to my shop & we removed the plugs.
Two cylinders, #2 & #4 dumped about a cup of water each.
Sprayed some PB blaster in the intake, cranked the motor over, and re-installed the plugs.
With fingers crossed, friend cranked the motor & fired right up idled as if it was ****ed.
After letting idle a few minutes, he took it for a test drive & it ran pretty good.
He called me later on, saying that he just checked the oil & water had mixed with the oil, a la blown head gasket.
He allowed the oil to drain all night, and changed the filter.
After test drive, the oil still loooks like oil, but to be on the safe side, we're still gonna do both a leak down & compression test.

This weather sucks *****. We just went on a tour of the area and got some pics of Garden Highway and some floodin'. The wind picked up my bbq and moved it two feet
I had to move it up against the fence.
