That is true you do get up earlier than I. As far as the declines go that's why I try to do the decline on the free-weight machine if possible so I don't need a spotter, but sometimes I have to do the decline bench myself with the dumbbells and just ask someone walking by to hand me a dumbbell when needed and most people are nice enough to help you out. I'm going to bed since I gotta get up in a while. Fawk you work
