Does any one know what size spark plug socket i need for the EJ22. I tried to look it up but did not get a straight answer? Also i heard that i could use the oil filter from the 6cyl motor is that true?

 

I have found 5/8" or 13/16" not sure which one though.

 

i forget on the spark plug socket (i usually just fumble around with all the ones i have until one fits, i usually don't actually look at it though!), but for the oil filter, it's the same size as for the '88-'00 honda civics (very convenient!). if you use a FRAM filter (DON'T use a Fram filter though), it's 3593A, and if you use a Mobil 1 filter, it's M1-104. not sure about the other brands because aside from the K&N filter (which is a really good one by the way), those are the only two i've ever used.
