Nice work! I have a feeling that chaptered may mean it is not approved yet by both houses?

Since it means more money and less paperwork for the state, it will hopefully be in place soon if it is not already.

haha forgot I had posted this...

I went by the DMV office not too long ago and the lady asked me to smog it. She works at the DMV and should know this stuff. That's just weird. Thanks a lot for all the info! I hope she was just mistaken!

The new law, if adopted only goes into affect on January 1, 2005.
