Plus the site is now run by one of the vendors - can you say conflict of interest?

SECCS is back up... and we've got an order for vBulletin. I'll probably attempt the migration over the weekend.
But for now, SECCS is running, minus the attachments which broke during the upgrade I just did, even though I manually verified every changed file by hand to try to prevent breaking our mods.
