2003 Black on Gold WRX SECCS's Sexiest Car!
2003 Black on Gold WRX SECCS

Chapter 1
I once owned a 1995 SOHC Dodge NEON. I would read SCC religiously and pined for the great modded cars that stamped the pages. For over a year I would stop and stare at the WRX’s in the lot at my local Subaru dealership. When it came to spending a lot of money I used to be very conservative. One fall day my brother and I were driving back from seeing a film and I notice this nice looking dark blue/purple BMW. My brother who also had owned a NEON had had it paid off for over a year and I was constantly berating him about getting something new and fast. Turns out the nice BMW was a 98 M3 sedan. He bought it.
Chapter 2
There was no way I was going to let my brother drive around in a freaking M3 while I was painfully shuttling back and forth to work in my NEON. After a few months I could not take it anymore. I went into the Subaru dealership on January 29, 2003 to buy my car. Basically I told them if they get me 4% APR and a good price I’ll do it. Well they worked their little numbers for while and finally I haggled a deal out of them. I never even saw /drove my car before I bought it. All I knew was that it was a MBP 5-Speed with NO WING! There were only two cars left on the lot a WRB with wing and my future car.
Chapter 3
Here I am at my first Subaru Meet ever! I was on the COBB forum and somebody from Reno spotted me and told me to come out. Little did I know this was car was going to take over my life. Which I have no problem with.
BUGEYE f0 LIFE

Of course I was already well aware of all the mod potential for my car, that part of the reason I bought it. Leaving my fiscal conservatism in the dust I was ready to start spending money like a madman. And what better way then new wheels! Ebay dot com.
SSR Type-C Gold 17x7.5
Best Decision evAr.

Headlight Mod! Of course. It was fun at the time.
After my first Auto-X I really aching for some better hadling. Eibach Pro-Kit on! That kit is now replaced with Apex'i coilovers, and I'm still out there auto-xing like heck.

So Christmas time around my house gets a little crazy. My brother got me half of the coolest present of all time I bought the other one for a set:
The install kinda sucked because the rails I got did not have pre-drilled holes so luckily with tons of help from my friends I was able to get them in nicely. I sit much lower now and I love it. I reccomend a nice seat mod for any tall person whose is looking to get some head room.
So one day My friend ( https://www.i-club.com/forums/ongoing-projects-31/doinkwrx-68348/ ) Tips me off on a hot deal for some UK 300 projector lights. I had just got my tax refund and was eager to blow it all on my car!

So I had to smog my car today for the first time since owning it.
I passed with my cat-back.
Update:
I bought a sweet suspension package from a fellow i-club member in my area. That will be going on in the spring.
apex'i coilovers and cusco rear sway bar

I need the buy some rear adjustable lat links and stiffer sway bar mounts.
I'm not what all that crap is on the girl on the right.
