Friday around 5:30pm, waiting for the light (eastbound) on Oak ave at Fair oaks, black STi. It had mud flaps on all 4 and some sort of aftermarket wheel (couldnt tell what they were). An older guy was driving it, maybe in his late 40's. I passed him on the right turning onto fair oaks. As I passed him I honked and waved, he noticed but not sure if he returned it.
