Looks like the subframe wasn't reinstalled properly.

How did the installer go about R&R'ing the diff?

--- Undo the bolts for the diff, remove axles, pull diff?

or

--- Pull the entire subframe, put it on the ground and then go at it?

Looks like option 2 happened. Shouldn't be too much of a fix.
