Yeah with the recently re-prepped track, it's really sticky, and most of the cars bog really hard, which is terrible for both the time and the trap.

Yeah the track was very sticky I was bogging pretty hard on the launches I guess I just have to launch at a higher RPM and hope nothing breaks.

Ignore the tree, if you're going for time those lights don't mean anything Haha. Find that sweet spot where your car doesn't bog on the launch. And as you let the clutch out, as soon as you feel the car move, side step that ***** and don't lift until the end haha
But that's all up to you on the 5spd.
Next time I'm definitely going to focus more on the launch and I will probably up shift sooner. I was revving the **** out of it and that made me slower because I was in 3rd gear till the finish line. I think 4th would have been better because on the 13.5 run I shifter to fourth.

Yeah, neither of those answer my question.

I found their tech sheet before. It's pretty basic stuff that one would expect. But how strict are they?

Can I skate around the rules like I usually do or are they going to enforce their stuff to the letter?

Found the rules: http://www.racesonoma.com/documents/...drag_rules.pdf

EX: Are they going to kick me out if I show up wearing shorts?

I thought I read something about loose items in the car. But now I don't see it.

QQ what is your specific question? what loose stuff in the car? your ******?
They usually don't care about clothes/stuff sitting on the floor.

and yes they wont let you race with bootie shorts and flip flops
your car is already flamboyant enough

A few ******, a strap-on, a sybian, a few bottles of lube, a couple gimp suits, a towel, some decals, and a bottle of water. Most of the stuff is either in the door cubbies or the trunk. The gimp suits are on the floor of the back seat.

I guess I can leave the apple bottoms and thongs at home.

Wait, this isn't ATC.

****.

I really doubt that. I believe the clutch is just going to slip long before anything exciting happens.

Car bowling is really hard on cars. But if you wanna make a fast pass, you're gonna have to hang it out there a little Haha. Got AAA? I've already used all my tows for the year so you can't have any

I do have AAA and I think 3 tows left. I would even save money on gas for the ride home, So I guess that a plus. Plus If I break it is upgrade time.
