Resistor Question...

Resistor Question...
before i get flamed, i did a search. 
with that being said, I need to know the voltage or whatever that say a CEL fix like this one: ( http://www.kastleskorner.com/store/p...roducts_id=466 ) puts out so I can just go to radioshack and buy a 4 dolla resistor and splice it in. Because that 15 dolla wire is the same as a radioshack one as long as I can find out what the voltage is?
