Google is your friend on finding yards. Lots of local options, but if you're asking for "cheap motors" and how much a HG swap costs, putting in a yard motor yourself may be over your head technically and might want to see who the shop doing the work for you recommends or uses..

There's a Subaru recycler in Rancho. They offer pulls and rebuilds. You take your chances with a yard motor; my last one from one of the Chico recyclers lasted ~24k.
