Is it a problem to run a tires 1/4" taller in the front?

Luke over at the Tire Rack sent me an email and he said not to worry if the difference was 25.1 vs. 24.9... Apparently it's not a big enough difference to cause any harm.

I'm still not sold on going with those tires. I think I'm going to hold out and try to find a used factory Potenza. I'm picking up the replacement for Erica's current mom-bomb this weekend so until we sell her Sorento we'll have 4 cars for 2 drivers. I don't have to drive the STi... I could drive the Mustang or the Sorento, but both of those are up for sale and bad things always seem to happen when you drive cars that are being sold in the near future.
