The only 2 restaurants that are worth anything (of the ones that I have tried) in Davis is 2k Thai and another thai place called, I think, Maria's kitchen or something like it.
A drive to Sac is definitely worth it.

I liked Sofia's Kitchen in Davis. You can sit in the authentic Thai style room where you sit on the floor and eat.

Fuzio is decent, small portions. You can try that asian fusion style place in south davis, I forgot what it was called. There's also a Italian place off the highway right across from the In and Out.

Sofia's Kitchen is probably the best Thai place in Davis. It's in Orange Village, your girl will/should know where that is.

The Italian place is called Cafe Italia. It's a good place, but not a place for an anniversary. it's more of a family restaurant.

Yeah, if it was just me eating I'd totally go to Guadalahara (sp?) for huge burritos, and all u can eat Chinese lunch buffet, the Sushi lunch buffet at Fuji's and all u can eat mongolian noodles at Tokyo in north Davis. Wash it down at Old Teahouse with tapioca drinks and HK-style food and snacks.

When you're a student at Davis, you find out the places to get mass quantities of food for cheap.

Guadalajar is GOOOOOOOD. If you're a student, you should check out Crepeville. They're delicous.

You should head over to Winters, you'd like some of the restaurants there. (eg: Steady Eddy's, Putah Creek (AWESOME breakfast), and The Buckhorn.

Seasons across from the movie theater is a nice place to eat and the food and wine list is quite good. They change the menu through out the year hence the name.

Super
