It could be the picture but, if you look at the top of the picture the bolt on the upper right has some rust. That usually means that the fender was removed and replaced. Other things to look for; bite marks on frame. If you look underneath and you see somthing that looks like metal on metal contact marks on the frame, that usually means they had to straighten the frame. Run your finger on the edges of the part you think might have been replaced if it feels kind of gritty like a light sand paper that means it was repainted. If you see excess glue or foam or if you see irregularities in the space between parts, you probably have a previously damaged car. Sorry to hear about you car.
