Wow...there's some crazy iPod accessories coming out lately. The strangest thing I've seen was a desk lamp with built-in speakers with an iPod dock.

I use a pair of behind the ear Philips SHN5500 noise canceling headphones. They sound great and block out the white noise like fans and AC (but not voices).
