I feel your pain, sorry for the loss... Just out of curiosity, did your STI have any visible aftermarket parts (exhaust, body kit, FMIC, extra gauges)? Just wondering if it was stolen for the parts.

No man, it was totally stock except for a hard-wired Escort radar detector.

As for a replacement, it looks like I've found my ride - a near-perfect condition 02 M3 (from my buddy's dad) that only has 30k miles on it with 2 years of extended warranty left....

Will be buying it next week.
