Moving to Sacramento (March)
I am getting transferred to the Sacramento area around the end of March. I was going to be packing my stuff into my STI and driving out. I was just curious if I should pack my snowboard or just have it shipped out next season.
Also, does anyone know of some nice apartments? I will be in a hotel for a couple weeks until I can find one, but any recommendations would be helpful. I'm just looking for a studio or one bedroom.
a little car info:
2006 STI - aspen white
Disappearing interior
Debadging
egay catback exhaust
Cobb SF short ram intake
BC Racing ER series coilovers
Hotchkis Competition Swaybar/Endlink Set
Perrin Crosslock Subframe braces
TiC fender cowl braces
Perrin MBC brace
SS brake lines
GMS lightened crank pulley
ACPT Carbon Fiber driveshaft
GMS hood dampers
Group N motor mounts
Whiteline front strut bar
Whiteline rear strut bar
Perring PSRS (alk)
Torque Solutions billet pitch stop

Nice car and welcome... Do you know what area you are looking to move to? If you have room bring the snowboard with you, its suppose to rain again and I'm sure there will still be enough snow

Thanks for the welcome.
I'm looking to move anywhere around the Sacramento area. A couple people that I will work with said they live in Roseville, but they have families and need a house. I just need a small apartment (trying to save the cash).
I shouldn't have any trouble fitting the snowboard since I am missing the interior from the front seats back.

Yes! Welcome..Roseville is a really popular area. I live in the south end of Sac. I have some friends that live downtown in studio apts. The only downside is parking ::EEK::
Roseville is nice but depending on what area of Roseville, it can get a little expensive. Same with Folsom, nice but $$$. Just stay away from South Sac, South Natomas, North Highlands and Del Paso Heights... Not the best of areas
Elk Grove, Roseville and Downtown Sac would be nice but in downtown you gotta worry about parking, especailly if you want a garage
