Anyone else taken a gander over at the BAIC forum lately? Three guys have lunched/fragged their engines in the last week. It's starting to look more like a DSM club forum over there!

OK, I goofed; one of the postings in the Monster Park Autocross thread is by the same person who created a separate thread to announce that his engine is toast. But the last link shows a group buy for some engines, and the thread creator is not the same person as the other two so...
...it may or may not mean anything. :shrugs:

Daniel (brucelee) is poking fun at a shop that blew up a large number of cars and got soem recent media exposure. His motor blew a long time ago. Both of those posters drive RS's with NA 2.5's.
Be careful what you comment on in BAIC. There's a lot of running jokes and stuff that'll trip you up trying to be helpful

I must say, the BAIC is a friggin' minefield for n00bs. I got flamed (BBR) three weeks ago for a different incident. Maybe I should just play in my own backyard. I can find more than enough dog **** to step in around here.
