just because he put an UP on doesnt mean its TUNE time its just for better flow and elminate damage if it happens..thats why 06+ went catless up..i ran my wrx with an up pipe with no tune untill i got my catless DP..you can run a full stage 2 with no tune you just will run rich for awhile
