Jig's Up. :( Front License Plate Questions

Coming home from vacation in Graeagle last Thursday I got pulled over on 80 for not having a front license plate and was given a fix-it ticket. Was a little confused why I was getting pulled over at first cuz I was going like 71 and getting passed by a Hyundai Accent  but at least I didn’t get a double fix-it ticket for my front window tint or my downpipe.

2 questions:

Does anyone have opinions on the Grimmspeed, Godspeed, or other tow-hook mounting brackets? The guy I bought my 92x from repainted the front bumper (salvage title which needed a new front bumper) and in the process smoothed out the dimples where the stock license plate screws would go so I don’t want to drill my front bumper. It would be nice to have the ability to remove the license plate later if I want to for a photoshoot or anything as well.

Second, if you removed the license plate, what would happen if you got pulled over a second time for not having a front plate? I don’t think it’s worth the headache or giving the CHP another reason to pull me over so I’ll prob just keep it on now that I got the ticket but I am curious what would happen if you got busted a second time for no front plate.

Oops. Posted this twice. Sorry! For some reason I got a browser error page each time so I didn't think it had posted.
