you sir, are still an idiot. regardless of what the regiment is, legs are easier. larger muscles, fewer of them. that workout is childs play compared to what i had to do in football so no amount of your whining, *****ing, and epenis flexing is going to impress me. sorry. i tore my rotator cuff so i could only do legs for about 16 months.... so thats 2 hr of gym work in the morning, 4 hours of practice, then 2 more hours in the gym.

You were calling me out saying for legs all I had to do was walk and thats all you need. I mearly replied with my regiment and defended that I am not retarded for doing my set regiment. Oh and yeah legs do have larger muscles, but still a grueling workout compared to others and is why most people avoid doing leg work. I don't know what you're on but the guys I work out with who are double my height and have done sports and squating over 300lbs and deadlifting damn near 400lbs are not having an easy time.

I was squatting 315 my freshman high school year of football. That was from me riding my bike around everywhere the year previous.
