Ya, i learn pretty quickly so i'm not really worried about that. I just got to see if I can find a good entry level programming job somewhere. Some of the Job Searches came up with some alright companies, but I tend to like to get jobs via networking since 80% of new hires are because of that anyways lols

Cause my roommate bought it on 360. And his guitar broke too. The downstrum problem too.

But, he got a new one shipped to him along with the RMA tag for the broken one. Less than a week we had a new guitar, though we should probably send the broke one in before he gets charged the $125

I heard that state does this so they can get around hiring freezes. They can hire consultants, but not full timers.

Good luck. Software can be a great job, or a ****ty one depending on employer. With your first job you might be tempted to take anything (I know I was), but in the end, the employer and what you are working on makes all the difference. Also, be sure to think about what kind of job you want. There is a huge variety, from steady paycheck/hours to wild overtime and boring maintenance code to working on cutting edge stuff (usually respectively).

Yeah, good old state budgeting.

We're out of money. We can't hire any more IT people.
But, lets throw a little extra money into the consultants bucket.

yea i was gonna do that but i didn't want to pay 125 for it so i'll just wait supposedly EA/Harmonix have a patch for the GH3 guitar to play on rockband, but Activision/RedOctane are fighting it
