I do level 2 tech support currently and it's to much of the same stuff everyday, and dealing with the stupid *** people who put in the same help desk ticket twice a week annoys the **** out of me. So I'd really like to stay more towards the Programming aspect, and so far i've enjoyed Java the best C++ isn't bad, I want to go take some .net or C# classes too

most of the **** I do is level 1, and we really aren't suppose to do the L2 support tickets we are suppose to give them to the consultants in the back, but that takes to long. So me and my other co-worker just end up doing them ourselves
