Anyone know how the band leader recruits a player to become a member of the band? I've only been able to have players as substitutes.

Only reason I want to work for the state is to get some experience under my belt before I jump out into the lions den. I plan on doing it for a couple of years, getting more comfortable with programming for a work environment then transferring out to a private sector and never looking back
I do level 2 tech support currently and it's to much of the same stuff everyday, and dealing with the stupid *** people who put in the same help desk ticket twice a week annoys the **** out of me. So I'd really like to stay more towards the Programming aspect, and so far i've enjoyed Java the best C++ isn't bad, I want to go take some .net or C# classes too
